Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. On average, this takes place within 2-5 working days. Depending on the carrier selected and the options specified, the package is offered or delivered. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
Return
Your purchase is subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. From the time you receive the delivery of goods , you have 14 days to send the item back to us or to return it. Within that you can check the article unless otherwise stated. You can return the purchase without giving a reason within the notice period. Reduced items can also be returned.
Please return items by post or in person at an official store (details see below).
In connection with improving the quality of our services, we would of course like to find out why you would like to return an item. You are welcome to indicate this on the return form.

Returns procedure
The following rules apply to a return:
As mentioned, you have 14 days from the time of delivery of the goods to return the item to us. The return costs are at your expense. ooko will only reimburse these costs if you have received the wrong item or the item has already been delivered damaged.
If you opt for a complete cancellation, please send back the complete order. You will then receive a refund within 7 days of the purchase amount that you paid us, including the shipping costs paid to us. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping option, you will only get back the fees for the standard shipping option.
If you decide to partially withdraw your consent, please only return one or more items. You will then be reimbursed the amount you paid us within 7 days.
We will refund the money to the account from which you paid us.

Personal returns on site can be made at the above address from Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., or Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
No cash can be refunded in-store for purchases made in the online shop.
We'll refund the money to the same bank account that you used to pay us. A return can only be made in our official shops. If the item is returned on site, it can be exchanged directly for another item or a corresponding voucher can be received. Value of goods received. Important: The value of the goods cannot be paid out on site.
